Bart has completely transformed my outdoor area into something I never thought I could have, Yes it did cost money but definelty money well spent I know have an area I can use all year round without being pestered by the weather or everyday insects in my alfresco. When these guys say they specialise in the Ziptrak system they definitely do. No wonder why they are Melbourne’s No 1 retailer for the system. Great service. Knowledge, great price and service

My husband and I are absolutely delighted with our Ziptrack blinds. We now virtually have another room that can be used all year round. The blinds provide privacy and protection from the elements, they keep the sun, wind and rain out and we are able to enjoy our Alfresco area no matter what the weather is like. From the outset Felix was thorough and provided great options and information, a problem solver. Other companies I contacted seemed to find our area too hard (can't imagine why). Felix offered options and solutions. The installers Steve and Chris were on time and quick with the installation. This was backed up within 10 minutes on my email and even organised a site visit for a formal quotation. I sensed the pressure your staff were under and the torment these telecommunications can cause and potential loss of business. My initial review was not to trash your product as your reviews speak highly of your product and service. Three stars was based on my frustration of not being able to get through and as Jade explained the phone service was down, and your response confirmed also.
