Chris from Alfresco Blinds Co installed our blinds in our home about 5 years ago, and we're very happy with them to this day. We've got 2 young kids who put the longevity of these blinds to the test, bending them, playing behind them, hitting them, twisting them. They still look new, with no visible folds or creases. The materials are very good. The customer service is very good too. Punctual and reliable. We'll be calling you again, we have another project coming up soon.

This was backed up within 10 minutes on my email and even organised a site visit for a formal quotation. I sensed the pressure your staff were under and the torment these telecommunications can cause and potential loss of business. My initial review was not to trash your product as your reviews speak highly of your product and service. Three stars was based on my frustration of not being able to get through and as Jade explained the phone service was down, and your response confirmed also.
