Had our new zip track blinds installed at the start of 2021. Couldn’t have been more happier with the service from the initial quote to the installation. The finished product is of high quality. Felix was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. We’ve had him back in to quote on an indoor curtain and again the service and quality of information was excellent.

We had recent storms in Melbourne (July '21) which blew down a tonne of trees in the East of Melbourne, from 100k+ winds. The storm damage made the news for weeks.
I had all the blinds down on the night on my 2nd story alfresco, with my fingers crossed may l say. The wind coming through the blinds, opened by bi-fold doors up on three occasions (the wind rattled the locks down, until the doors opened). The blinds stood up to it all, l was blown away (excuse the pun!).
I have had the electric blinds a few years and they would have to be the best investment l have made, they are worth every dollar. Chris and the team are great fella's, l can not recommend this company enough, you will not go wrong.
Great service, great product, great people. We invested approx $12k in alfresco blind. Blinds that were remote controlled.
The product is first rate. The installation and after sales service was exceptional.

Hi Chris, After writing this review, I persisted with the phone calls to your office and although challenging, Jade has done exceptionally well in accommodating my needs by providing a quotation based on my measurements. This was backed up within 10 minutes on my email and even organised a site visit for a formal quotation. I sensed the pressure your staff were under and the torment these telecommunications can cause and potential loss of business. My initial review was not to trash your product as your reviews speak highly of your product and service. Three stars was based on my frustration of not being able to get through and as Jade explained the phone service was down, and your response confirmed also. I give you five stars for the customer service to date. I am almost guaranteed that your product will also share the same review.

The team that installed the Ziptracks are excellent and then came the finish team to add that finish touch to block the draft from house wall and tracks
