Hi Chris, After writing this review, I persisted with the phone calls to your office and although challenging, Jade has done exceptionally well in accommodating my needs by providing a quotation based on my measurements. This was backed up within 10 minutes on my email and even organised a site visit for a formal quotation. I sensed the pressure your staff were under and the torment these telecommunications can cause and potential loss of business. My initial review was not to trash your product as your reviews speak highly of your product and service. Three stars was based on my frustration of not being able to get through and as Jade explained the phone service was down, and your response confirmed also. I give you five stars for the customer service to date. I am almost guaranteed that your product will also share the same review.

Chris from Alfresco Blinds was an amazing person to deal with. He explained everything thoroughly to us and helped us choose the perfect blind, and colour for our alfresco. His installers were just as good. If your looking to get a blind I would look no further give Chris and his team a call you won’t be disappointed.
Very happy with the job Alfresco blinds did for us. We ordered battery operated blockout roller blinds and a lovely metallic charcoal colored wave fold sheer. Fixing from the ceiling creates this lush grandiose look with floor to ceiling sheers. Chris from Afresco also did ZipscreenS which we got for our Outdoor area. I found many other companies I engaged didn't do all the things I wanted but Alfresco could make all. Priced well, great quality and installed when promised. Definitely get a quote, I got 5 quotes and he was in the middle but I was sold on the fact that Alfresco blinds are splined to the tube and NOT double sided tape to the top tube, which can become unstuck in hot weather requiring maintenance calls. Installer even cleaned up after himself, bonus.

Big thanks to everyone at Alfresco Blinds. From my initial phone call, it was a pleasure to do business with. Chris was such a pleasure to do business with. Very helpful and knows his blinds. The guys who came out and installed our Zip Track Blinds were fantastic. I love my outdoor area and love to BBQ. I now have a complete enclosed area, any time I want. It's like a whole new room.
