will let you know if I can get through. Hi Chris, After writing this review, I persisted with the phone calls to your office and although challenging, Jade has done exceptionally well in accommodating my needs by providing a quotation based on my measurements. This was backed up within 10 minutes on my email and even organised a site visit for a formal quotation. I sensed the pressure your staff were under and the torment these telecommunications can cause and potential loss of business. My initial review was not to trash your product as your reviews speak highly of your product and service. Three stars was based on my frustration of not being able to get through and as Jade explained the phone service was down, and your response confirmed also. I give you five stars for the customer service to date. I am almost guaranteed that your product will also share the same review. Thankyou and looking forward to meeting you

Visited the showroom and was so greatful to meet all the staff who where so informative and down to earth, you really tell they are a family business Great advise and top service , highly recommend these guys Special thanks tio chris for his creative design as we had no imagination ,👌

Had our new zip track blinds installed at the start of 2021. Couldn’t have been more happier with the service from the initial quote to the installation. The finished product is of high quality. Felix was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. We’ve had him back in to quote on an indoor curtain and again the service and quality of information was excellent.

Chris is a pleasure to deal with his service cannot be beat. The alfresco team always produces a good result.

Alfresco Blinds Company was recommended to me by my son after they did his blinds. I ordered my blinds as soon as I received the quote, as I was very satisfied with the price and service from Andrew and Mark. The end result is professional and we are so pleased we have ordered several more.

Chris and the team at Alfresco are amazing, our blinds were damaged in the high winds (our fault for not retracting them). Chris covered all parts and installer costs as such I highly recommend them. Thanks Andrew & Janice
